(Transfer of Specified Proceedings
to District Court) (Amendment) Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969, the Chief Justice makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Supreme Court of Judicature (Transfer of Specified Proceedings to District Court) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 April 2022.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  The Supreme Court of Judicature (Transfer of Specified Proceedings to District Court) Order 2016 (G.N. No. S 597/2016) is amended —
(a)by deleting the word “Leave” in the following provision and substituting the word “Permission”:
Paragraph 5(2);
(b)by deleting the word “leave” in the following provision and substituting in each case the word “permission”:
Paragraph 5(2A) and (3);
(c)by deleting the words “Rules of Court (R 5)” in the following provision and substituting the words “Rules of Court 2021 (G.N. No. S 914/2021)”:
Paragraph 5(4); and
(d)by deleting the words “Rules of Court” in the following provision and substituting the words “Rules of Court 2021”:
Paragraph 6.
