(Amendment) Rules 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1968, we, the 3 Judges of the Supreme Court mentioned in that section, make the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 April 2022.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  The Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Rules (R 1) are amended —
(a)by deleting the definition of “Order 67” in rule 2(1) and substituting the following definition:
“ “Order 60” means Order 60 of the Rules of Court 2021 (G.N. No. S 914/2021).”;
(b)by deleting the words “Order 67” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “Order 60”:
Rule 2(2)
Rule 4;
(c)by deleting the word “summons” in the following provision and substituting the word “application”:
Rule 3;
(d)by deleting the word “execution” in the following provision and substituting the words “enforcement order”:
Rule 5;
(e)by deleting the word “execution” wherever it appears in the following provision and substituting in each case the word “enforcement”:
Rule 6 and rule heading; and
(f)by deleting the word “leave” in the following provision and substituting the word “permission”:
