Active Mobility
(M.A.T.A.R. Deployment — Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (M.A.T.A.R. Deployment — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 30 April 2023.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. In the Active Mobility (M.A.T.A.R. Deployment — Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 810/2022), in paragraph 1(2), replace “30 April 2023” with “31 May 2023”.

Amendment of paragraph 2

3. In the Active Mobility (M.A.T.A.R. Deployment — Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2022, in paragraph 2, in the definition of “specified period”, replace “30 April 2023” with “31 May 2023”.
