COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020
(Commencement) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(7) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2020.
2.  Part 7 (except section 34(1) and (2)) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 comes into operation on 8 April 2020.
