Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 15th May 2008.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting sub-paragraph (iii) of paragraph 2 of Form 45B and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:

“¹(iii) a public accountant.”; and

¹(iiia) a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

(b)

by deleting Form 63I and substituting the following Form:
