Prevention of Pollution of the
Sea (Amendment) Act (Commencement)
Notification 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Amendment) Act 1999, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1999.
2.  The Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Amendment) Act 1999 shall come into operation on 10th June 1999.
