Land Titles (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2005

In the exercise of the powers conferred by section 172(1) of the Land Titles Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Titles (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2005.

Amendment of rule 29

2. Rule 29 of the Land Titles Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (2).
