(Statutory Bodies)
(Amendment) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) (Amendment) Notification 2016 and, except for paragraph 2(b), comes into operation on 1 June 2016.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 12 August 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Personal Data Protection (Statutory Bodies) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 149/2013) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 18; and

(b)

by deleting item 23 and substituting the following item:

“

23.	ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute

ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute Act (Cap. 141)

”.
