Citation and commencement |
1. These Regulations are the United Nations (Anti‑Terrorism Measures) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 12 April 2021. |
Amendment of regulation 2 |
2. Regulation 2 of the United Nations (Anti‑Terrorism Measures) Regulations (Rg 1) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting the words “Resolution 1373 (2001) and Resolution 1390 (2002)” and substituting the words “Resolutions 1267 (1999), 1373 (2001), 1988 (2011), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015)”. |
Amendment of regulation 7A |
3. Regulation 7A of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words “export, sell, supply or ship” and substituting the words “sell, supply, or export, ship or otherwise transfer”. |
Amendment of regulation 10 |
Deletion and substitution of Schedule |
5. The Schedule to the principal Regulations is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
