Companies (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2003.
New regulation 50A
2.  The Companies Regulations (Rg 1) are amended by inserting, immediately after regulation 50, the following regulation:
“Statement of accounts
50A.  A licensed moneylender filing a proof of debt under regulation 41 in respect of a loan made by him shall, within 14 days from the date of filing thereof, file a statement of accounts in the form specified in the First Schedule to the Moneylenders Act (Cap. 188).”.
