Coroners (Electronic Filing for
Coroners’ Courts) (Amendment)
Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Coroners Act 2010, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Coroners (Electronic Filing for Coroners’ Courts) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 April 2022.
Amendment of regulation 12
2.  Regulation 12 of the Coroners (Electronic Filing for Coroners’ Courts) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 29/2015) is amended by deleting the word “leave” in paragraphs (3) and (6) and substituting in each case the word “permission”.
