Appointment of Licensing Officer and Assistant Licensing Officers

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Massage Establishments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs has appointed —

(a)	the Assistant Director Operations (Licensing), Police Headquarters, to be the Licensing Officer; and
(b)	the Operations Officer, Licensing and the Officer-in-charge General Licensing Unit, Licensing Division, Police Headquarters, to be Assistant Licensing Officers,

for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 19th April 2000.

2. Notifications N 1 and S 287/98 are cancelled.
