In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024.
2.  Part 1 and section 35 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 1 April 2024.
