Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 4th April 1996.

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order is amended by deleting the words “Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Ltd.” and substituting the words “Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Singapore Ltd.”.
