Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 12) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 12) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Rugby Union from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Raising Funds for Singapore Youth Rugby promotion and the draw on 6th June 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Singapore Rugby Union with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st May 2008.
