(Part 10 Relief) (Amendment)
Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79 of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Part 10 Relief) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and are deemed to have come into operation on 15 January 2021.

Amendment of regulation 25

2. Regulation 25 of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Part 10 Relief) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 23/2021) is amended by deleting the words “3 years” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “2 years”.
