(Amendment) Order 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (United E & P Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 11 April 2025.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  In the Active Mobility (United E & P Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 449/2023), in paragraph 1(2), replace “13 April 2025” with “13 April 2026”.
