Environmental Public Health Act
(Chapter 95)
Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) (Amendment) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st July 1996.
2.  The Second Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) Regulations is amended by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:
“1.  Fees for Burials:
 
 
Adults and children 10 years of age and above
Children below 10 years of age
(a) Chua Chu Kang Muslim Cemetery
