Rapid Transit System Fares

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council has approved that, with effect from 1st June 1997 —

(a)	the fares set out in the Schedule shall be the maximum fares payable by passengers of the rapid transit system services; and
(b)	children of up to 90 cm in height shall be exempted from payment of such fares.

2. Notification No. N 1 relating to rapid transit system fares is cancelled.
