Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2003.
Approved institution
2.  The Minister hereby approves the Ling Kwang Home for Senior Citizens for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st June 2003.
