Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(5) of the Undesirable Publications Act, the Minister for Information and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 9th January 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Undesirable Publications (Prohibition) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting the following items:
