Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 22nd January 2001.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Companies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately below the item relating to section 10(5)(a), the following item:

by deleting the following item:

Amendment of Second Schedule

3. The Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after Form 5, the following Form:

by deleting Form 29C and substituting the following Forms:

by deleting Form 30B and substituting the following Form:

(d)

by deleting the words “or debenture(s)” in paragraph (1) of Form 30C and substituting the words “, debenture(s) or unit(s) thereof”; and

(e)

by deleting Form 30D and substituting the following Form:
