Medicines (Medical Advertisements) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 52 and 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Medical Advertisements) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2007.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Medicines (Medical Advertisements) Regulations (Rg 2) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
