Terrorism (Suppression of Bombings) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Terrorism (Suppression of Bombings) Act 2007, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Bombings) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Terrorism (Suppression of Bombings) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 30th January 2008.
