Companies (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2004.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Companies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the following items:

“

9 (2)

Approval of a Company Auditor

9 (3)

Approval of Liquidator

9 (2)

Renewal of Approval of a Company Auditor

9 (3)

Renewal of Approval of Liquidator

”.

Amendment of Second Schedule

3. The Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended by deleting Forms 3, 3A, 4 and 4A.
