Government Procurement (Application)
(Amendment) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 4 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment) Order 2016.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 14 January 2016.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 18 May 2016.

Amendment of Part II of First Schedule

2. Part II of the First Schedule to the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 14, the following item:

“15. Republic of Korea”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 15, the following item:

“16. Ukraine”.
