Betting and Sweepstake Duties
(Amendment) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Betting and Sweepstake Duties Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Betting and Sweepstake Duties (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Betting and Sweepstake Duties Order (O 1) is amended by deleting “25%” and substituting “30%”.
