(Amendment No. 3) Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2025 and is deemed to have come into operation on 11 April 2025.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010), in the First Schedule, in items 2 and 4, in the third column, delete “Mr Jeffrey Siow Chen Siang”.
