Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act
(Chapter 243)
Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 10th June 1999.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended by deleting item (e) and substituting the following items:
“(e)Regulation 11(1) of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-operation) Regulations 1999 (G.N. No. S 271/99).”.
