Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 14) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 14) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts DBS Bank Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “DBS Children’s Charity Run 2008” and the draw on 1st June 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by DBS Bank Limited with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 27th May 2008.
