Preservation of Monuments Act
(Chapter 239)
Preservation of Monuments Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, the Minister for National Development, on the advice of the Preservation of Monuments Board, hereby makes the following Order:
1.  This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 28th June 1996.
2.  The monument specified in the Schedule is hereby placed under the protection of the Preservation of Monuments Board.
Made this 15th day of June 1996.
