Citation and commencement |
1. These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) (Amendment No. 5) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 24 April 2021. |

2. Regulation 2(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 254/2020) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended —

3. Regulation 3B of the principal Regulations is amended —

Amendment of regulation 4 |
4. Regulation 4(4) of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraph:

5. Regulation 7(2) of the principal Regulations is amended —

6. Regulation 7A(2A) of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after sub‑paragraph (c), the following sub‑paragraph:

7. Regulation 8(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after sub‑paragraph (cb), the following sub‑paragraph:

8. Regulation 13 of the principal Regulations is amended —

Amendment of Part 6 of First Schedule |
10. Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of the First Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words “and where there is a live performance or a media conference at the gathering, the number of audience members at the live performance or individuals present at the media conference (as the case may be) is in compliance with the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Performances and Other Activities — Control Order) Regulations 2020”. |
