Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.—(1)  The Human Organ Transplant (Amendment) Act 2008 shall, with the exception of section 4, come into operation on 1st August 2008.
(2)  Section 4 shall come into operation on 28th May 2008.
