Approved Home Certificate of Appointment
It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(2) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports has appointed Kids United Home, 10 Admiralty Road East, Singapore 759988, to be an approved home for the purpose of section 49(1)(c) of the Act, with effect from 2nd June 2008.
2.  Gazette Notification No. S 612/2006 of 7th November 2006 relating to Approved Home Certificate of Appointment is cancelled, with effect from 2nd June 2008.
