National Environment Agency Act 2002
(Act 4 of 2002)
National Environment Agency Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the National Environment Agency Act 2002, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the National Environment Agency Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  The National Environment Agency Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st July 2002.
