Dangerous Fireworks Act
(Chapter 72)
Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 7) (Amendment) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 7) (Amendment) Notification 2010.
(2)  This Notification shall come into operation on 1st June 2010 and shall remain in operation until 31st March 2011 (both dates inclusive).
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2010 (G.N. No. S 181/2010) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 6, the following item:
“7.  SpectaWorks Pte. Ltd.”.
