Companies (Institutional, Professional and Business Investors) (Amendment) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106G(1) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Institutional, Professional and Business Investors) (Amendment) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 22nd January 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Companies (Institutional, Professional and Business Investors) Notification (N 4) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “$1 million” and “$200,000” in paragraph (9) and substituting the words “$2 million” and “$300,000”, respectively; and
(b)	by deleting the words “$5 million” in paragraph (10) and substituting the words “$10 million”.
