Passports (Amendment) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Passports Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Passports (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th October 2004.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  Regulation 4(1A) of the Passports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “or for the renewal of a Singapore passport” and substituting the words “, for the renewal of a Singapore passport, or for a visa for Singapore”.
Amendment of First Schedule
3.  The First Schedule to the Passports Regulations is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph 2, the following sub-paragraph:
(e) 14-day Collective Visa for Group Tour for the nationals of the People’s Republic of China
 
No fee.

(b)by deleting paragraph 4.
