Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) (Amendment) Order 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2008.

Amendment of paragraph 16

2. Paragraph 16 of the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 343/2007) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “or (b)” in sub-paragraph (2) and substituting the words “, (b) or (c)”; and
(b)	by deleting sub-paragraph (3). [G.N. Nos. S 471/2007; S 675/2007]
