Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 15 May 2015.
Amendment of regulation 6
2.  Regulation 6 of the Companies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Authority’s electronic filing system” in paragraph (3) and substituting the words “electronic transaction system”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after paragraph (4), the following paragraph:
“(5)  In paragraph (3), “electronic transaction system” means the electronic transaction system established by the Authority under section 28B(1) of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act (Cap. 2A).”.
