(Commencement) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.  The Human Biomedical Research Act 2015, except sections 6 to 39, 64, 65 and 68 and the Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules, comes into operation on 1 July 2016.
