(Ministry of Defence)
(Amendment) Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Defence) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2011.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Fees (Ministry of Defence) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting “$15” in the second column of items 4, 6 and 13 and substituting in each case “$16”.
Made this 31st day of May 2011.
