Trustees (Authorised Unit Trust Scheme) (No. 6) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 83 of the Trustees Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Trustees (Authorised Unit Trust Scheme) (No. 6) Order 2003.

Authorised unit trust scheme

2. The ING Singapore Dollar Bond Fund is hereby declared as an authorised unit trust scheme for the purposes of the Act.
