Board of Architects (Approved Qualifications)
Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1)(b) of the Architects Act, the Minister for National Development, after consultation with the Board of Architects, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Board of Architects (Approved Qualifications) Notification 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1998.

Approved qualifications

2. The qualifications specified in the Schedule are hereby approved for the purpose of entitling any holder thereof to be registered under section 15(1)(b) of the Act.

Cancellation

3. Notification No. N1 is cancelled.
