Foreign Employee Dormitories
(Composition of Offences)
Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act 2015, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Foreign Employee Dormitories (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 July 2016.

Compoundable offences

2. Any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 7(3), 11(3), 13(6), 15(3), 18(4), 20(5) or (6) or 26(1) or (3) of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 28(1) of the Act.
