Co-operative Societies (Exemption under Section 97) (No. 2) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Exemption under Section 97) (No. 2) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 24th May 2010.
Exemption
2.  The NTUC Eldercare Co-operative Limited is exempted from section 57(3) of the Act for a period of 3 years beginning on 24th May 2010.
