Dangerous Fireworks
(Annual Exemption) (Amendment)
Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Annual Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2nd April 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part II of the Schedule to the Dangerous Fireworks (Annual Exemption) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 125/2012) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Arms and Explosives Branch” in paragraphs 1, 11(a)(ii) and 13(c), (f) and (g) and substituting in each case the words “Licensing (General Licensing), Police Licensing and Regulatory Department”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Arms and Explosives Branch” in paragraph 13(h) and substituting the words “Police Licensing and Regulatory Department”.
