Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Official Secrets Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 6th May 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Official Secrets Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 17, the following item:

“18. Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board”.
