Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 11) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 11) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Lucky Draw For Serangoon Betting Centre’s New Lounge Opening promotion from 1st July 2007 to 31st August 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the draws specified in the Schedule.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st June 2007.
