(Chapter 1)
Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Health) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Health) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2000.
Delegation of powers
2.  The Minister for Health, with the approval of the President, hereby deputes the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, to exercise the powers of the Minister under sections 6(2) and 8(1) of the Advance Medical Directive Act (Cap. 4A).
